Niva Gifts

Niva Gifts is in the Silver Arcade, specifically at FF106, out on S.P. Ring Road in Vastral. Being in an arcade is nice because we get a bit of a breeze through the walkway, which helps in the summer. We have filled our space with all kinds of gift items, and since it’s on the first floor, we have a good view of the traffic on the ring road. The shop is a bit small, so we’ve had to get creative with the shelving to make sure everything is visible. Sometimes the dust from the main road comes in, so we spend a fair amount of time with a cleaning cloth. It’s just me and one other person most days, keeping an eye on the shop and helping people pick out something for a party or a holiday. We don’t use any fancy sales tactics; we just let people walk around and look at what we’ve got. Vastral is growing fast, so we see new faces almost every week now. The Silver Arcade is easy to find, which is good for us. We keep our hours pretty steady and just try to make sure the shop looks decent when the sun comes through the front glass. It’s a simple business, really. We just buy things we think people will like and hope they agree with us when they stop by. We stay busy with wrapping gifts and making sure the inventory stays fresh for the next person.
