You can find us at Nitin Raj Golden Panicle, which is located on the second floor of Ashoka Chambers. We are in units 5 to 8. It’s a well-known building near Lion’s Hall, right by the Mithakhali Six Roads in Ellisbridge. That intersection is always a mess of traffic, but once you get up to the second floor, it’s a bit more manageable. The office has been here for a while, and the corridors of Ashoka Chambers have that specific smell of old paper and stone floors. We have a few rooms that look out toward the junction, so we can see the chaos from a safe distance. The furniture is all mismatched because we’ve added pieces over the years as we needed them. It’s not a place that was designed by an architect; it just grew naturally. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle and some biscuits for when visitors stop by. Most people find us because of the landmark near the hall, which makes directions easier. The elevators in the building are those old manual ones that require a bit of patience, but they get the job done eventually. We spend our days here mostly doing paperwork and answering the phone, which rings more than you’d expect. It’s a comfortable enough spot for us to work without too many distractions, despite being right in the middle of Ahmedabad’s busier side.
