Nisant Decoration & Caters

Nisant Decoration & Caters is down by Khamasa Gate on Jamalpur Road. We are located at Kasanagar Vadi, which is near the police chowki. If you know Jamalpur, you know the streets are narrow and it’s a very old part of the city. We have been here for a long time. We do both the food and the decorations, so we are usually very busy. We have a lot of bamboo poles and colorful cloths stored in our warehouse area. It’s a bit of a squeeze getting our vehicles in and out of the gate sometimes. The police chowki is a good landmark for people trying to find us. We don't have a fancy office. We just have a small room with a desk and some photos of work we did years ago. Most of our work comes from the local community. We know the families around here and they know us. When there is a wedding at the Vadi, we are usually the ones working on it. It’s hard work, especially the decoration part where you have to climb up high to tie the strings. We aren't a big polished company. We are just a local business with a few dedicated workers. We do our best to make sure the lights work and the food isn't cold. It is a lot of long hours and late nights, but that is just how the business is.
