We’ve been based out of Phase-1 in G.I.D.C. Vatva for a long time. Our unit at 81/4 is basically where we spend most of our waking hours. It’s an industrial area, so it’s always noisy and busy with trucks coming in and out all day. Most mornings start with a quick check on the machines and seeing who showed up for work. We deal with various metal works and industrial supplies. It’s not fancy work, and the floor gets pretty dusty by noon. Some of our guys have been here for years, and they know the quirks of the old lathes better than anyone else. We don’t really have a big office or anything, just a small desk in the corner where the paperwork piles up. The weather in Vatva can be really harsh, especially in the summer months when the metal roof makes everything feel twice as hot. We just keep our heads down and get the orders out as they come. Sometimes the power goes out, which is annoying, but that’s just how things go around here. People know where to find us if they need something done. We don't spend much time on the computer or writing about ourselves because there's usually a machine that needs fixing or a shipment that needs packing. It's a simple setup, really, nothing too complicated. We just focus on the daily tasks and making sure the shop stays running.
