You’ll find Nikita Infotech on the second floor of Ravi Complex. We are right at the Maninagar Char Rasta, just across from Sales India. It’s a very easy spot to find if you’re in this part of Maninagar. We have been working here at suite 202 for quite a while now. The building is always full of activity. We mostly deal with computers, software, and fixing up laptops that have seen better days. It’s a local business, run by people who live right here in the neighborhood. We don’t have a polished corporate office. It’s more of a place where you can sit down and tell us what’s wrong with your machine. We get a lot of students from the local colleges and families from the nearby apartments. Sometimes the traffic at Char Rasta makes it hard to find a spot for your scooter, but people still make the trip. We try to keep our prices where they should be, without adding on extra fees for things you don't need. We're not into big sales pitches. We just look at the hardware, figure out the problem, and let you know the cost. It’s a simple way of doing business that seems to work for our customers. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in Ravi Complex, but we’ve managed to stay put by just being honest with people. If you need help with a virus or a broken screen, just come up. We’ve got a couple of old chairs for waiting. They aren't very fancy, but they do the job.
