Niit Ltd Nifbitl

Being on the third floor of the 3Rd Eye Building at Panchwati Circle is quite interesting. Cg Road is always moving, and you can see a bit of that energy from our windows. We are Niit Ltd Nifbitl, and this has been our base for some time. Ahmedabad can get pretty hot, so we are glad to be inside most of the day. The building is easy enough to find if you know the area. It’s not a huge office, just enough space for the team to sit and work. We have some basic desks and chairs, nothing like those fancy tech startups you see on TV. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow during lunch hours, so sometimes we just take the stairs. Working near Panchwati Circle means there is always somewhere to go if you need a snack or just a walk to clear your head. We aren't trying to be the biggest or most famous place on the block. We just come in, handle the paperwork and the digital stuff, and make sure things move along. It's a simple setup. Sometimes we talk about the local cricket scores while we work. It keeps the mood light. We don't have any scripted speeches or corporate slogans pinned on the walls. It’s just a regular workplace with regular people trying to do a good job in the middle of Ahmedabad.
