Niheer Sir Personal And Group Tution is located on the fourth floor of Vruj Plaza, which is in the Bhatta area of Paldi. We are right opposite the Honest Restorante, so the smell of Pav Bhaji often drifts across the street in the evenings. It can be quite tempting when we are working late. Our space is at 402, and being up on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the Paldi traffic. The plaza is a busy building with a lot of different offices. We usually take the stairs for a bit of exercise, though there is a lift when we are carrying heavy books. The rooms are bright because we get a lot of natural light. We’ve kept the setup very basic—just chairs, some desks, and a place to keep our materials. It’s a no-nonsense kind of environment. We don't have a marketing department or anything like that; it’s just us doing the work every day. The morning starts with clearing off the dust that settles overnight and setting things up for the first arrivals. Paldi is a central spot, so it’s easy to get to, but it can get quite noisy during rush hour. We just ignore the honking and focus on what’s in front of us. It’s a practical, local business space. We’ve been at Vruj Plaza for a good bit of time and it suits us perfectly.
