Niharika Softweb Solutions is tucked away in Vasant Vihar Society. We are at number 26, right off Nava Kathwada Road in the Naroda part of Ahmedabad. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s pretty calm compared to the main city center. We like it that way because it helps us focus on the screens. We have been sitting in this office for a good bit now, dealing with all the usual tech stuff that comes across our desks. There’s a lot of tea drinking happening here, especially in the afternoons when the energy dips a little. Our team is small, just a handful of us who know each other well. We don't have a big HR department or fancy lunch rooms. We usually just eat at our desks or head out to the local shops if we need a break. Being in Naroda means we are a bit far from the fancy new parts of Ahmedabad, but we have everything we need right here. The road gets a bit dusty in the summer, but that’s just how it is. We just keep the fans running and get on with the work. People often ask why we stayed in a society house instead of a big glass building, but this feels more like home. It’s practical and it works for what we do every day. We don't have any plans to move soon.
