Nexilis Software Private Limited

We are located at D-304 in the Samarpan Residency, which sits right opposite the Sindbad Hotel in Kalol. Nexilis Software Private Limited isn't in a big glass skyscraper. Instead, we work out of this residential-style building. It makes the whole environment feel a bit more relaxed and less like a typical corporate office. We have a few rooms set up with our desks and all the cables we need for our computers. The team is quite small, so it never feels too crowded in here. We spend a lot of time working on different tasks and talking through problems as they come up. Being across from the Sindbad Hotel makes it easy to give people directions when they are looking for us. Kalol is a nice place to be based, and we have been here for a good while now. We don't have any big mission statements or polished speeches. We just come in, do the work, and try to do a decent job of it. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to finish, but usually we try to keep regular hours. There is a small kitchen area where we make tea and chat during our breaks. It is a very simple way of doing things, but it works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company around, just a local business that does its part.
