New Pandya Optician & Contact Lens Clinic

Being over in the Ratnamani Complex on Satellite Road keeps us pretty busy. We are right across from Manas Complex and near the Star Bazar, so there is always someone passing by our window. New Pandya Optician & Contact Lens Clinic started because we saw a lot of people in this part of town needing better options for their vision. We have those spinning racks for the sunglasses and a glass counter for the contact lenses. It gets a bit dusty with all the construction nearby, so we are always wiping down the displays. It is not the biggest shop on Satellite Road, but we make use of the space we have. I usually have a tea in the morning while looking over the orders that came in. Some people come in very picky about their frames, wanting a specific color or shape, while others just want whatever is cheapest and won't break when they drop them. We do our best to help both kinds. The contact lens fittings can take a while, especially for first-timers who are a bit nervous about touching their eyes. We just take it slow and stay patient. It is nice being part of the local community here. You see the same people going to the shops every day. We aren't trying to be a fancy boutique, just a reliable place to get your eyes sorted for the long run.
