If you are looking for us, Neha Driving School is located at 242, right near the Memnagar Fire Station in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. It’s a pretty easy landmark to find because everyone knows where the fire station is. Being in Ahmedabad, the traffic can be quite a challenge, especially for someone just starting to learn how to drive. We’ve been operating out of this Navrangpura spot for a good while now. The office is small, mostly just a place to handle the licenses and scheduling. Most of the time, I am out on the roads with the learners. Navrangpura is a busy area, so it’s actually a good place to practice if you want to get used to real driving conditions. Sometimes the cars need a bit of extra maintenance because of the heat in the wider region, even including the Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh areas we sometimes deal with, but we keep them running. It is a lot of patience, sitting in the passenger seat and helping people not to stall the engine in the middle of a busy junction. We’ve had all sorts of people come through Neha Driving School. Some are very nervous and others think they know it all already. I just try to keep everyone calm. It’s a steady job. Being near the Memnagar Fire Station means we hear the sirens sometimes, but you get used to it. We just focus on getting people ready for the road, one lesson at a time, right here at number 242.
