Alpha Global

Alpha Global operates out of Fair Deal House, specifically in room A701. It is just one of those typical office buildings where everyone is busy with their own thing. We are high up on the seventh floor, which is nice because it gets us away from the street noise a little bit. Our day starts with checking emails from people all over, since we handle a lot of global trade stuff. There is always a stack of shipping documents on somebody’s desk and the printer seems to be running constantly. We aren’t doing anything revolutionary, just making sure goods get from point A to point B without too many hiccups. Sometimes there are delays at the ports or issues with the paperwork, and those days are usually pretty stressful. We have a small kitchen area where we make coffee and take a breather. It’s a plain office with standard desks and a few filing cabinets. We don’t go in for fancy decorations or anything. The focus is just on the work and keeping the clients updated on their shipments. Fair Deal House is a decent enough place to work, even if the parking is a bit tight sometimes. We’ve been here for a while and the routine is pretty much set. It’s just us, some computers, and a lot of phone calls to keep the business moving along every day.
