We’ve been here at C80 and 81 on 16th Cross for a good while now. M.I.E. is a busy place, and our units are right in the thick of it. Most days start pretty early when the shutters go up and we get the machines ready. It’s not a fancy setup, just a solid workspace where we get things done. People know us around here because we’ve been part of the local industrial scene for years. Sometimes the power fluctuates or the trucks block the lane, but we just deal with it as it comes. Usually, around noon, you’ll see us taking a quick break outside. We don’t have a big corporate office or a lobby with shiny floors. It’s mostly just workbenches, tools, and a lot of grease. We keep our records in old filing cabinets and know our neighbors by name. It’s a bit noisy with the other factories nearby, but you get used to the sound of work happening. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and head home when the sun goes down. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the equipment works fine, and that's what matters for the kind of stuff we do here. If you walk down 16th Cross, you’ll find us easily. It’s a practical place for people who value hard work over appearances and just want to get things finished.
