Trip Amazon is situated at No. 5 Shoppers Plaza, which is right across from the Municipal Market on CG Road in Navarangpura. We are on the second floor. It’s a pretty well-known area in Ahmedabad, always full of shoppers and people grabbing a bite to eat. Being on the second floor gives us a little bit of a break from the noise of CG Road, but we can still see everything happening outside our window. We mostly handle travel arrangements and bookings. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at computers, but we try to keep the atmosphere relaxed. The office isn't huge—just enough space for a few desks and some chairs for visitors. Navarangpura is a busy hub, so there is always something going on nearby. We’ve been in Shoppers Plaza for a good while. We aren't a massive travel agency with branches everywhere; we are just this one office here. Sometimes the building's parking is full, which is a bit of a pain for us and our clients, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We just focus on helping people figure out their trips without making things too complicated. We like the location because it’s easy for people to find us after they finish their shopping at the market. It’s a straightforward business, run by regular people who know a thing or two about getting from point A to point B. We just do our work and go home like everyone else.
