Our office is up on the seventh floor, room D-706, in the Titanium City Center. It’s a large commercial building near Sachin Tower in the Anand Nagar area of Satellite. Being this high up means we get a pretty good view of the traffic down below on the main roads. The building is always buzzing with people from different companies. We have two main rooms that are mostly filled with desks and computers. The carpet is a bit worn in the spots where we roll our chairs back and forth. It is a modern enough building, but our specific unit feels very lived-in. We have a small corner where we keep the water cooler and some snacks. The elevators can be slow during the lunch hour, so we usually try to go down a bit early or late to avoid the crowd. Satellite is a busy part of Ahmedabad, so there are plenty of places to grab food nearby, which is a plus. We don't have much on the walls besides a few charts and a clock that’s five minutes fast. It is a professional atmosphere but in a very casual, everyday way. Most of us have been working together here for a while, so it’s a familiar routine. We just focus on our tasks and try to keep things organized amidst all the city center chaos that goes on every day.
