Dev Dye Chem Industries

We are out in GIDC Phase-1 in Naroda, at C 1 /334. We are right behind the Lions School, which is a good landmark if you are trying to find us. Dev Dye Chem Industries is an industrial unit, so it’s all about chemicals and dyes here. The air usually has that faint chemical smell, and the floors are stained from years of work. It’s a tough environment but it’s what we know. We have big vats and mixing equipment and plenty of barrels stacked up in the corner. Naroda is a huge industrial area, so there are trucks moving in and out all day long. We start our shifts early to beat the heat. It’s not a place for suits or fancy clothes. We wear our work gear and just get to it. Some days we are busy mixing batches, other days we are just cleaning up and maintaining the machines. We usually take our tea breaks outside when the weather allows. It's a chance to get away from the smell of the dyes for a few minutes before going back in. There is a small office near the entrance where we keep the records and handle the phones. It’s a lot of manual labor and keeping an eye on the process. We’ve been part of this industrial estate for a long time. It’s just honest work in a busy factory setting. We don't spend money on marketing, we just focus on making sure the orders are ready.
