Our place is located at 25/9/A in Phase-III of the GIDC in Naroda. It’s a busy industrial area, so there’s always something happening nearby. We’ve been operating out of this unit for some time now, focusing on organoys and whatever chemicals are needed. It’s not the quietest spot to work, but being in the GIDC means we have everything we need close by. The team here is pretty small, and we mostly just stick to the production schedule. We don't spend much time on decorations or making the place look like a corporate headquarters. It’s more about the tanks, the pipes, and getting the batches right. Sometimes the shipments get delayed because of traffic in Naroda, which can be a bit of a headache. We just deal with it as it comes. On a normal day, you'll find us checking the gauges and making sure the supplies are stocked up. We’ve grown used to the routine here. It’s practical work. We’ve had the same neighbors for years, and everyone just kind of does their own thing. The office is just a small room in the front where we keep the paperwork. Most of the real activity happens in the back. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the drums and containers, but we know where everything is. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. The machines can be loud, but that is just part of the everyday life here in the industrial zone.
