Naresh Medical Book

You will find us at Plot No.7 in the Mahakant building. We are right across from VS Hospital on Ashram Road in Ellisbridge. Because of where we are located, we mostly see doctors and medical students coming through the door. The shop is full of textbooks and reference guides. It is a busy area, so there is always someone coming or going at all hours. We do not have a lot of floor space, so the books are stacked pretty high on every wall. You have to be a bit careful when walking through the narrow aisles. We do not really do any big marketing. Most people just see the shop while they are at the hospital and stop in to browse. It has been this way for years. We know the medical curriculum pretty well by now. We can usually tell you which book you need before you even finish asking your question. It is a practical business. We are not trying to be anything we are not. There are no fancy lighting setups or displays here. Just shelves and counters and plenty of books. The noise from Ashram Road is constant, but you stop noticing it after a few days. We stay open pretty late sometimes if students are in a rush for their exams. It is just us doing our part to help people get the books they need. It is a small team, and we all pitch in with everything from cleaning the floors to handling the sales when the shop gets crowded.
