You can find Naltern Technologies on the first floor of the Rameshwar Complex. We are right opposite the Zaweri Estate in Kathwada Gidc. It’s a typical industrial estate vibe around here, with plenty of traffic and people moving back and forth all day. Our office at F-1 is pretty basic. We’ve got some desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of work that needs doing. Sometimes the elevator in the complex is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs instead of waiting. It’s a no-nonsense kind of place. We started out with just a couple of people and a clear idea of staying local. Being in Gidc means we are surrounded by other businesses just like ours, everyone just trying to make a living. We don’t have those big glass walls or fancy breakrooms you see in the movies. Usually, lunch is just someone bringing in a tiffin or heading out to the small shop nearby for a quick bite. It gets hot in the afternoons, but the fans keep things moving enough to work. We’ve spent many late nights in this office, just trying to figure things out. It’s not always pretty, and the paperwork can pile up on the desks, but we keep at it. Rameshwar Complex has seen a lot of businesses come and go, but we’ve stuck around, just doing our work one day at a time without much fuss or fanfare.
