Our office is located on the fourth floor of the Shail Complex. If you are familiar with Navrangpura, we are right across from the Telephone Exchange. It is a pretty easy landmark to find. We have been working out of this space in Ahmedabad for a long time now. The building is older but it works for us. Inside, it's just a normal workplace with a few rooms and a lot of shelving for all our records. N Gamadia & Co isn't a big corporate firm; we are just a handful of people who know how to handle the work. Most days are spent at the desks, answering the phone or sorting through files. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we are used to it. We try to keep things straightforward and don't see the need for fancy decorations. People come to us when they need something handled properly without a lot of fuss. Sometimes we take a break and go downstairs for tea or to run a quick errand. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first moved into Shail Complex. There are more shops and more people now. Still, we just keep doing what we do. We don't have a big marketing strategy. Most of our clients have been with us for years. We just focus on the task at hand and try to be helpful whenever someone walks through the door for assistance.
