N. B. Corporation

You can find N. B. Corporation over at Plot No. S-2 in M.K. House. We are located on Fire Brigade Road, just outside Shahpur Darwaja. It’s an area with a lot of history, and you can feel it when you walk around. Our building is a sturdy one, and we occupy a good bit of space on the ground floor. We handle a variety of business activities, mostly dealing with industrial supplies and local trade. It’s a dusty part of town, but that’s because there is always some construction or moving going on. The office inside M.K. House is simple. We have some old wooden cabinets filled with ledgers and files because we still like to keep paper records of everything. It makes us feel more secure about the numbers. The staff here is small, mostly local people who live nearby. We don't use a lot of fancy technology, just what we need to get the invoices out and the orders tracked. Fire Brigade Road can get very congested, especially in the afternoons, so we try to get our big shipments out early in the morning. We aren't a corporate giant, just a family-run type of place that’s been around for a generation or two. People know they can just walk in and talk to us if they have a question. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello.
