Our spot is at B 201 Suhavan Apartment, which is quite close to the Ahmedabad International School in Bodakdev. Being in the 380054 area, it’s a fairly busy neighborhood, especially when school lets out in the afternoon. The traffic at that time can be a bit of a mess, but we’ve learned to plan our day around it. At Multi Mantech International Pvt Ltd, we have a simple routine that we follow. The office is inside the apartment building, so it has a bit of a homey feel to it, even with all the office equipment around. We have a lot of boxes stacked in the corner because we never seem to have enough storage space for everything. The walls are a plain off-white, and we’ve got some basic desks arranged in the main room. It’s not the most modern setup you’ll ever see, but it’s where we get everything done. We usually have the radio playing quietly in the background to fill the silence. Everyone knows their job, so we don't really need to talk much unless something unusual comes up. We try to stay on top of the emails and the phone calls that come in throughout the day. Sometimes the elevator in the building is slow, so we end up taking the stairs just to save time. It’s a practical workspace for a group of people who just want to do their jobs and go home to their families once the clock strikes six.
