You can find Msn Computer Systems out on Nerlur Hosur Road in the Attibele Industrial Area. It’s a very practical location for what we do. The area is full of factories and workshops, so there is always a lot of activity and the sound of heavy vehicles. Our building is just a simple concrete structure with a heavy metal door. Inside, you’ll find a lot of computer parts, cables, and tools scattered around. We spend our days troubleshooting hardware issues or putting together systems for the other businesses in the industrial zone. It’s not a clean or quiet environment. There’s usually some dust and the smell of solder in the air. We don't have a sales floor or a showroom. If someone needs something, they usually just tell us what's wrong and we see if we can fix it. We don't use a lot of fancy words to explain technical problems. We just tell people what needs to be replaced or updated. It’s hard work and it can be frustrating when a part doesn't fit or a system crashes for no reason. We drink a lot of tea and just keep at it until the job is done. We’ve been in Attibele for quite a while now and we know most of the other shop owners around here. It’s a tough, no-nonsense place to work, but it suits the kind of practical service we provide.
