Motif India Infotech is tucked away in Setu Apartments, right in Bopal. If you know the area, we are just opposite Sterling City and pretty close to the Dena Bank. Bopal has changed so much; it used to be quiet, but now it’s full of shops and people. Our office at 104 is a bit of a hub for us. We do a lot of tech-related stuff here, which means there are always computers humming and cables running across the floor. It’s not a fancy glass office like you see in the city center. It’s more of a lived-in space where we actually get things done. We have a small team, and we all know each other well. Sometimes it gets a bit loud when everyone is talking at once, but that’s just how we work. We don't have a dress code or anything formal like that. People come in, do their shifts, and we try to stay on top of the work coming in. There’s always someone running out to get snacks or more tea from the corner. We focus on the tasks we have in front of us. It’s a practical environment. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow up around us. It’s a good place to be, even if the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just keep our heads down and work through the projects one by one, every day.
