Mosaic Institute Of Design

If you ever walk around Vastrapur Lake in Ahmedabad, you might have seen the Sardar Centre building. We occupy units 71, 72, and 73 up on the first floor. It is a decent spot, especially with the lake right across the road. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded with traffic outside, but inside we just focus on the design work. Mosaic Institute Of Design isn't some massive corporate entity with a glass front. It’s more of a workspace where we spend our days. We have been in this part of Ahmedabad for some time, and it feels like home to us now. The rooms are filled with projects and papers, and it usually looks like people are actually working there, which they are. We don't spend much time worrying about how the office looks to outsiders. It’s more about having enough space for everyone to sit and do their tasks. Finding us is pretty easy since everyone knows the lake, and the building is right there. We just go about our business every day, teaching or working on designs. It's a simple routine. We’re just a group of people who like design and happen to have a space in a good part of town. No big speeches or anything, just us at our desks on the first floor. We try to keep things down-to-earth here and just do what we are supposed to do for everyone.
