We’re located in Gandhinagar, at GF-5 in the Shubh Business Park. If you’re looking for us, we’re right near the Charedi Water Tank. It’s a decent spot, easy enough to find once you know the landmark. Monterey Solutions Private Limited is the name on the door. Inside, it’s mostly just a few of us working away on our computers. We deal with various business solutions, which is a broad way of saying we help other companies fix their problems. We don’t have a big HR department or a kitchen full of free snacks. We usually just bring our own lunch or go out to a local spot nearby. The office has big windows, which is nice for natural light, though it gets a bit bright in the morning. We aren't big on meetings. If we need to talk, we just lean over our desks and chat. It’s a very informal environment. We try to be honest with everyone we work with. If we can’t do something, we’ll tell you straight up instead of making excuses. It’s just how we prefer to run things. Gandhinagar is a pretty organized city, and being in a business park makes everything feel a bit more professional, even if we are pretty casual inside our own four walls. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting through the workload. It’s a simple life, but we like the work we do here.
