Molt Technologies Private Limited

You can find us over at Bhupendra Road in Rajkot. We share the space at Plot 2/12 with Murli Enterprise. It’s a busy area and we’ve been here for a while now. Molt Technologies Private Limited is basically a group of us who are really into tech. We aren’t located in one of those shiny new glass towers. Our office is a bit more grounded than that. There’s a lot of coming and going because of the other business here, which makes the days go by fast. We have a couple of rooms where we set up our workstations. It's usually a bit cramped with all the servers and cables, but we make it work. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. No one cares what time you walk in as long as the work gets done and the clients are happy. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting. Sometimes we hit a wall and have to go for a walk to clear our heads. Rajkot is great for that. We just enjoy the process of building things and solving problems. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes it’s just hours of staring at a screen trying to find a single typo in a line of code. But when it works, it’s a good feeling. We’re just regular people doing our best with the tools we have. We keep some extra chairs around in case friends stop by for coffee.
