We are based out of Vrundavan Society on Kalawad Road in Rajkot. It’s actually a pretty nice area to work in. Our house number is 179. It doesn't look like a big corporate headquarters because it isn't one. Modi Softtech Consultant India Private Limited is just a group of us who know a lot about software and consulting. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and help people with their computer systems. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird rattling noise, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting room. If someone comes by, one of us just gets up from our desk to say hello. Most of our day is spent looking at data or helping clients figure out why their software isn't doing what it should. We get a lot of phone calls. Rajkot is a busy place for business, so there's always something going on. We try to keep things straightforward. No big words or confusing talk. If a system is old, we say it’s old. We just try to be helpful and get the job done right the first time. It’s not always easy, and sometimes we have to work through the weekends to catch up. But that’s just how it goes when you’re running your own thing. We have tea together in the late afternoon and talk about the day’s problems.
