Modi Caterers

Modi Caterers is right here across from the Isanpur Bus Stop. It is easy to find us if you know where the buses pull in. We have been working out of this spot for a long time now. Most mornings start early before the sun is even up properly. We get the vegetables delivered and start the chopping right away. My nephew helps with the heavy lifting and my sister keeps track of the grocery lists. It is not a big corporate office or anything like that. It is just a kitchen where we spend most of our lives. The noise from the bus stop comes inside all day but we are used to it by now. We do small gatherings and big ones too. Sometimes it is just a simple meal for a few people and other times the pots are so big I can barely stir them. We do not spend money on fancy advertisements because we are too busy peeling potatoes and making sure the stove is working right. The floor gets a bit messy when we are busy but we clean it up every night before we go home. It’s just us doing what we know how to do. Some people come by just to chat because they live in Isanpur too. We just try to get the food to the events on time without any trouble. That is how it goes here every day.
