We are set up in Prestige Towers right on Residency Road. It is one of those busy streets where something is always happening outside. The office is inside one of the larger buildings, so we have a lot of neighbors from different companies sharing the elevators and the lobby area. Being in this part of town means there is always a lot of traffic, and finding parking can be a real struggle if you aren't here early. Inside, it is mostly computers and desks. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking through tech problems. It is not a gritty workshop; it is more about the digital side of things. We have people coming in and out all day, some staying late to finish up projects when deadlines are tight. The view from the windows is just the rooftops and the street below, which looks pretty at night but is just a mess of cars during the day. We have a small pantry where everyone gathers for coffee, and that is usually where the most honest conversations happen. It is a professional space, but we keep it pretty relaxed among ourselves. No one wears a suit unless they absolutely have to. We just focus on the code and the systems we are building. The air conditioning is usually too cold, so most of us keep a sweater at our desks even in the summer. It is just a regular office life.
