Our office is tucked away at Anirdesh Apartment in the Shahibaug area of Ahmedabad. Mihir Events Managers & Organisers has been operating from this same spot for quite some time now. It is a quiet enough place, located at number 10, and we are right near the New Madhupura Market. If you know Ahmedabad, you know how incredibly busy the market gets, so being just a little bit away from all that noise is actually quite a relief for us. We spend most of our mornings organizing schedules and talking to different vendors over the phone. Organizing an event takes a whole lot of coordination, and we do most of that heavy lifting from right here. Shahibaug is a good location because it connects well to the rest of the city, which makes traveling to venues easier. We aren't a huge corporate firm with hundreds of employees; it is just a small team of us working together. We handle all sorts of gatherings and small functions. Most days are spent checking and re-checking lists and making sure the equipment is ready to go. The apartment is where we do the paperwork and meet with local people who want to talk about their upcoming plans. It is not a flashy office by any means, just a practical space where we get our work done. We like being part of the local community here. People usually drop by after they finish their shopping at the market nearby. We just take things one event at a time and try to stay organized.
