You’ll find us up on the 4th floor of Sarthik Complex, which is right near the Iscon Cross Road in the Satellite area. It’s a busy part of town, and being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic below, though we’re usually too busy to look. Microlink Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is basically a workspace filled with computers, servers, and a lot of tangled cables. We’ve been here for a while, providing technical help to other businesses and people in the neighborhood. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy lobby or free coffee; it’s where we actually do the hard work of fixing software and setting up networks. Sometimes it’s quiet when everyone is focused on coding or troubleshooting, and other times it’s loud with phones ringing. The Satellite area is a hub for a lot of activity, so we get a mix of different people walking through the door. We don't spend much time on decorations or looking corporate. Our desks are covered in hardware parts and half-finished projects. We focus on getting the systems running again because we know how frustrating it is when technology fails. It’s a practical environment. If you’re coming by Iscon Cross Road, just head up the stairs or take the lift. We’re usually here late, making sure everything is working for the next day. We just take things one project at a time.
