Our office is located at 3 Queens Road and it is a very busy area to be in. The building is right there where all the traffic passes by and it can get quite loud during the rush hours. We are a pharmaceutical company so things have to be kept very clean and organized inside. Even though the street outside is chaotic once you step into the building it is a bit more controlled. We have different departments for our research and the clerical work that goes into making medicine. The lab areas are separate and we have a lot of people in white coats moving around doing their tests. It isn't the kind of place where you just wander in for a chat because everyone is usually focused on their specific tasks. We have been on Queens Road for a long time and the address is well known to most people in the industry. The desks are full of reports and scientific papers that need to be reviewed. We don't have much time for small talk during the day because there is always a deadline for some project or another. The staff eats lunch in a small break room and then it is right back to the work. It is a serious environment because of the nature of what we make but we still have a friendly enough atmosphere among the workers.
