Our office is at Plot No. 62 in Sector 34, and it’s a fairly quiet spot compared to the busier parts of the city. Micro Data Systems Pvt.Ltd. has been here for a while, and the place has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. There are cables running along the baseboards and stacks of old hard drives in the corners that we probably should have cleared out years ago. We spend most of our time staring at screens or talking about technical stuff that would probably bore most people to death. We aren't a big, flashy tech firm with bean bags and a pool table. We’ve got desks, chairs that squeak a little, and a lunchroom where we all sit together every afternoon. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we need. Sometimes the internet goes down or a server acts up, and we all have to scramble, but mostly it’s a steady routine. We’ve seen a lot of changes in technology since we started, but we still handle things the same way—by just sitting down and figuring it out. We don't have a big boss in a corner office; everyone just pitches in where they can. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, and we try to keep it that way because life is complicated enough as it is.
