Micon Solution

We are based at 5A-5B in the Sahajanand Industrial Estate. Our place is right near the railway crossing so we hear the trains going by all day long. It is something you just get used to after a week of working here. Micon Solution is a small outfit and we use these two units to handle all our daily business. It is a pretty typical industrial setup with high ceilings and concrete floors. We do not have any fancy carpets or climate-controlled offices. It gets hot and it can be a bit loud when everyone is working at once. Most of us have been around here for a long time so we know the other business owners on the block. We do not put much effort into looking like a big polished company. We would rather just focus on getting the orders out and making sure everything is okay. The office part is just a small corner with a couple of old desks where we handle the billing and phone calls. It is a bit cramped when we have a lot of supplies delivered but we manage. There are not any big speeches or mission statements posted on the walls. We just come in do the work that needs to be done and head home. It is a simple local way of doing things and we like the fact that we can just be ourselves while we work. No one is trying to impress anyone here.
