Procon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is situated on the first floor of the Memnagar Complex. We are right opposite the IOC petrol pump in Memnagar. It’s a busy corner, and the traffic noise is pretty constant. We’ve been here for a good while. Our work involves technology and some industrial systems. It’s a lot of technical work that requires focus. The office is a bit cramped because we have a lot of equipment stored in the corners. We use every bit of space we have. Our team consists of people who actually understand how these systems work from the inside out. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. Usually, we are just dressed in casual clothes and focusing on a specific project. Being across from the petrol pump is actually quite helpful for directions. People just look for the pump and they find us. We don’t have a fancy lobby. If you come in, you’re likely to walk right into where the work is happening. Sometimes we stay late when a project is particularly tricky. We have a small kettle for tea and we just keep going until it’s done. It’s a very hands-on type of environment. We like the Memnagar area because it’s central and easy for us to get to other parts of the city when we need to visit clients. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s where we belong.
