Mehul Bhavsar

My setup is pretty simple. I work out of Shrinathji Apartment in Bapunagar, specifically B-1/19. It is quite close to the Sheth C I Hindi Highschool on Chandrashekhar Azad Marg. Being so near a school means there are always kids walking by with their heavy backpacks. I have lived in this apartment for years, and eventually, I just turned part of it into a space for teaching. It is not a big company with a board of directors; it is just me, Mehul Bhavsar. I have a couple of wooden tables and enough chairs for a small group. The room has a large window that looks out onto the street, so I can see the traffic and the local tea stall. Sometimes the smell of fried snacks from the nearby vendor wafts in, which makes everyone hungry during the lessons. It is a very informal environment. I don't wear a suit, and I don't expect the students to act like they are in a strict academy. We just sit down and go through the lessons. If someone is late because of the traffic on the Marg, it is okay. I know how the roads are in this part of Ahmedabad. People in the building know me as the teacher from B-1. It is a quiet life, mostly spent explaining the same concepts until they click for the kids. It is just honest work in a familiar place that I have known for a long time.
