Our office is located at A/202 in Mondeal Square, right across the road from the Karnavati Club on S.G. Highway. It’s one of the busiest spots in the city, and the sound of traffic is pretty much constant. We help people who are looking to go overseas, whether it's for their studies or other reasons. The office is usually a bit cluttered with visa forms, university brochures, and stacks of passports. We spend most of our day talking to students and their parents, trying to explain the different steps they need to take for their journey. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and typing away on computers to check for the latest updates from different embassies. We don’t have a massive team, so everyone stays pretty busy with their own pile of files. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and it can get a bit hectic in the afternoons. We aren't a big, polished corporation with a lot of fancy slogans or marketing material. We are just a group of people who know how the application processes work. We’ve been at this S.G. Highway location for a while and we’ve seen plenty of people successfully head off to different countries. We take our breaks in the building’s common areas or grab a quick bite from the nearby stalls. It’s a lot of paperwork and follow-up calls, but we just take it one file at a time. We don't do much in the way of promotion; people usually just find us when they need help.
