Meditech Innovations is up on the 8th floor, in room 802 of Aggarwal Cyber Plaza. Being right opposite the Netaji Subhash Place metro station makes it easy for the staff to get here in the mornings. It’s a modern building, but our office feels pretty casual and lived-in. We deal with a lot of medical-related tech and new ideas. There are usually samples or prototypes sitting on the tables in various stages of completion. It’s not a clinical or sterile environment, just a place where we try to figure things out. We have a pretty nice view of the metro station from our window. The office is often full of papers and different electronic components. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits and formal meetings every hour. Most of us just wear regular clothes and get to work. We spend a lot of time discussing how to make things better or fixing little issues that pop up. It’s a busy atmosphere but not stressful in a bad way. We like the energy of Netaji Subhash Place. There’s always something happening outside on the streets. Inside 802, we just focus on the innovation part of our name. It involves a lot of trial and error and some long hours sitting at our desks. We’ve been here for a bit and it really feels like home now. We just do our thing and try to stay productive every day.
