You can find us right beside the Baroda Express Highway, over at B-17 Shrinand Flat. Being near the highway means we have a lot of space to show people how the bigger roads work, though we usually start them off in the quieter lanes near Shrinand. Learning to drive is one of those things that everyone feels they have to do at some point. At Md Motor Driving School, we see people from all walks of life. Some are very young and can't wait to get their license, while others have waited until they were fifty to finally try. We have a few cars that we use every day, and they get a lot of wear and tear, especially the clutches. We spend our time explaining the gears, the mirrors, and how to watch out for the traffic coming off the highway. It’s a lot of sitting and talking through things while the student tries to stay calm. The office is just a simple room where we take the names and handle the government paperwork. It can get dusty being so close to the main road, but that is part of the job. We don’t have a fancy website or a lot of staff. It’s just us and the instructors who have been doing this for years. We know the local traffic police and the testing grounds quite well. Every day is pretty much the same, just teaching one person after another how to stay safe on the road.
