The school bells ringing at noon tell us it's time for lunch. We are in the Subh Laxmi Corporation building, specifically unit B-21. It’s not a very modern building, but it has character. You can see Sanghvi High School right across from us. Sometimes the kids are making a lot of noise during their break, which we can hear through the windows. Our office is mostly just desks, chairs, and a bunch of computers. We do software and solution work, but we don't act like those big tech giants. It’s just a few of us trying to make things work. The stairs in this building are a bit narrow, and the elevator is sometimes moody, so we usually just walk up. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for coffee and tea. We spend most of our mornings checking emails and trying to figure out bugs. Ahmedabad is getting crowded, and this area is no exception. Finding parking for our scooters is always a bit of a struggle in the morning. We don't have any corporate posters on the walls or anything like that. It’s just calendars and maybe a few notes taped to the monitors. We’ve been here for a while and we know the other people in the building. It’s a decent place to work. We keep our heads down and get the job done. No fancy speeches or anything, just plain work every day with people we know well.
