Our office is at 106, Aradhna Bhavan, which is part of the Azadpur Commercial Complex. If you’ve ever been to Azadpur, you know it’s the heart of the trade in Delhi. The streets are always full of trucks carrying fruit and vegetables, and the energy is just constant. We’re up on the first floor, and from our window, you can see the whole chaos of the market. Our space is filled with samples of boxes, tape, and all kinds of packing materials. It’s not very organized to look at, but we have our own system that works. We spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who walk in looking for ways to ship their goods. Packaging isn't always exciting, but it's necessary, and we take it seriously in our own quiet way. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. Instead, we have a calendar with scribbled notes and a list of things to do. The walls are a bit yellowed from age, and the furniture is old-fashioned, but it’s comfortable. We drink a lot of tea and try to get through the day without too much stress. It’s a busy life here in the complex, but we enjoy the bustle. We’re just a small group of people trying to help other businesses get their products where they need to go, one box at a time, until the day is done.
