Management Trainee

Our company is called Management Trainee. We are based out of Ahmedabad, over in the Meghaninagar area. Specifically, we are at 40/939 in the Ghb Colony. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s not like being in a big industrial park or a high-rise building. We have been in this spot for quite a while now. The office is basically just a modified house. It feels very local and down to earth. We don't wear fancy suits or have big boardrooms. Most of us just sit around a big table and work on whatever is needed for the day. Ahmedabad can get really hot, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans and coolers are working right. The 380016 area is pretty quiet compared to the main city center. We like that it's a bit more relaxed here. Neighbors often walk by and wave. It’s a very simple setup. We don't have a lot of expensive furniture or high-tech gadgets. Just some basic computers and a lot of files. Most of the people working here have been with us for years. We aren't looking to expand into some giant corporation. We just want to keep doing our work in the colony. It’s a comfortable place to spend the day.
