Our office is tucked away in A-207 Fairdeal House, right across from St. Xavier's Ladies Hostel. Being at Swastick Char Rasta in Navrangpura means we are right in the middle of everything. It’s a busy part of Ahmedabad, and there is always something going on outside our windows. M P Soft Technology Solution isn't a massive corporation with hundreds of floors. We have a modest space where a few of us sit with our computers all day. The building is older, so the elevator sometimes has a mind of its own, and we often just end up taking the stairs. We spend a lot of time looking at screens, trying to figure out technical problems and writing code for our various projects. It’s quiet inside compared to the chaos of the traffic at the Char Rasta. We usually go out for snacks or coffee at the local stalls nearby during our breaks. We don't have a dress code or a big human resources department to tell us what to do. Most of us have been working together for long enough that we don't need many rules. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep our clients happy without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes we stay late when a project is giving us trouble, but we don't mind too much. It’s just a normal tech job in a busy part of town, and we like the energy of the area.
