M J Organics

Our warehouse and office are located at 170 Sudama Estate, right behind Transport Nagar in Narol. It’s a very industrial part of town, so there are trucks moving around at all hours. Dust is a bit of a problem here because of all the construction and the big vehicles passing by. M J Organics isn't a big glass building or anything fancy. It’s just a practical space where we store and move our organic products every day. Inside, it’s mostly metal shelves and big bags stacked up to the ceiling. We spend a lot of time checking labels and making sure the storage temperature is okay for the goods we keep. The workers here are mostly from the nearby colonies and have been here for a while. We don't have a fancy break room, usually, we just sit on the crates or go to the small shack outside for some tea. It gets really hot in the summer because of the metal roof on the estate buildings, but we use a couple of big fans to keep cool. We try to keep things moving so nothing sits for too long in the heat. Logistics is a real headache sometimes with the trucks getting stuck in traffic in Narol for hours. We’ve been at this spot for a while now and the landlord is decent enough. It’s a straightforward business operation. We aren't doing anything revolutionary, just packing and shipping organic stuff. The phone rings a lot, and there’s always someone asking where their shipment is.
