Our office is located inside Krishnavan Society on Ankur Road in the Naranpura area of Ahmedabad. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it’s actually quite peaceful compared to the main roads. We are at house number 26. Most of the time, it feels more like being at home than being at a big company office. We have a small yard in front where a couple of bikes are usually parked. Inside, the rooms have been changed around to fit our work benches and storage shelves. The walls are mostly covered with calendars or notes we’ve scribbled to remember things. Since we are in a society, we know the neighbors and see them walking their dogs or heading out for groceries while we are busy with our electronics work. We don’t have a flashy entrance or a big glowing sign. You just look for the number on the gate. The flooring is that old-style stone that stays cool even when the Ahmedabad sun is really beating down outside. We spend our mornings checking through whatever came in the previous day. Lunch is usually a shared affair in the small kitchen area we have. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use fancy titles or have big meetings; we just sit down and do what needs to be handled for the day. It’s a comfortable spot for us that just feels like a natural part of the local community.
