Eximco Electronics (India) Llp

Down here in Phase-2 of the GIDC in Vatva, things move a bit differently than the heavy chemical plants. At Eximco Electronics (India) Llp, we work with smaller things. Our place at Plot No. A1-407 is usually a bit quieter, but it’s still busy. We have benches set up where people sit for hours working on components. It’s not as dirty as some other shops, but there’s still plenty of dust that finds its way in from the road. The Vatva area is always crowded with people and tempos, so getting in and out can be a bit of a headache during lunch hour. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. You walk in, and you’re basically right in the middle of the workspace. There’s always a soldering iron heating up somewhere or someone testing a circuit. We spend a lot of time looking at tiny parts, so the lighting has to be good. Sometimes the power flickers and we have to wait for the generator to kick in. It’s just part of life in the industrial zone. We’ve got a small team, and we all know our roles. We don't really bother with big speeches or anything. We just get the orders filled and make sure the electronics are working like they’re supposed to before they get packed into boxes. It’s a simple way to spend the day.
