Leistung Engineering is set up right along National Highway No. 8. If you know where the Krishna Temple is in Lambha, we’re just across from there. It’s a busy spot with trucks constantly going by, which makes sense for what we do. We’re also near Bhammariya Kuva, which is a bit of a local landmark. The shop floor is usually noisy and smells like oil and metal shavings. That’s just the nature of engineering work. We’ve been at this location for some time, dealing with parts and machinery day in and day out. Our team is mostly guys who grew up around here or moved to Lambha for work. We don't spend much time in the office; most of the real work happens in the back. The heat gets to be a lot in the summer, especially with the machines running, but we manage. We aren't really into fancy titles or big corporate offices. We just show up, look at the drawings, and get the fabrication or repairs done. Sometimes the highway traffic makes getting materials in a bit of a headache. You learn to time things right. We keep a few spare parts on the shelves and try to stay organized, even if it looks a bit messy to an outsider. It’s a practical place for practical work. If the gate is open, we’re usually inside working on something for a local client or a bigger project.
