We've been at No 5-A-5 in the Municipal Block for quite a while now. Most people around Ellisbridge know our spot because we're right opposite Lal Bunglow. It’s a busy part of the city, but we like it here. My team and I handle engineering and contracting stuff. It isn't always easy work, and sometimes things get a bit messy on site, but that is just how it goes in this trade. We spend a lot of our time dealing with blueprints and managing different sites around the city. When you walk into our office, you’ll probably see a lot of papers scattered around and maybe a few of us drinking tea while we go over schedules. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where we get the planning done before we head out to the actual job locations. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Some days are longer than others, especially when a project hits a snag, but we just keep at it. People come by to talk about their building needs or just to ask questions about how we handle specific technical bits. We try to be straightforward about what can be done and how long it might take. It's a small crew here, mostly locals who have been doing this for years. We aren't really into big speeches or fancy ads. We just show up at the Municipal Block every morning and start the day's work.
