Our office is situated on the ground floor of the Nandavan building. It’s right across from the Town Hall in the Ellisbridge area. Being on the ground floor is handy because we don't have to wait for elevators, and people can just walk right in from the street. At Motivation Engineers and Infrastructure, we deal with a lot of technical drawings and project plans. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people discussing dimensions or materials. It’s not a fancy place; we have simple furniture and walls decorated with some project photos. Ellisbridge is a busy part of town, so there is always noise from the traffic near Town Hall. We are used to it by now. Sometimes the dust from the road gets in, and we have to wipe down our desks more often than we’d like. We have a small crew and we’ve all been doing this for years. It’s honest work. We spend a lot of time on site too, but the office in Nandavan is where everything gets organized. We don't use much corporate talk here; we just say things as they are. If a project is behind, we stay late to fix it. If the weather is nice, we might have our tea outside for five minutes. It’s a practical, no-nonsense engineering office where we just focus on getting the infrastructure jobs done right.
